We are the Tennessee Titans, we exist. We have real players with real contracts and real (arguable) coaches. Some of those contracts (Michael Griffin) we wish would not exist a la Manti Te'o's girlfriend, but I digress. Seriously though, what is up with that story? Either Manti Te'o is really gullible or he's just selfish for publicity and a nut.
Chris Johnson was not a very elusive back last year. PFF grades him as the 43rd most elusive back in the NFL out of 52. CJ Spiller however was ranked #1.
The Titans signed two players to their roster yesterday. QB Nathan Enderle, a Bear's former draft pick and WR Michael Calvin a rookie undrafted free agent. Of the two, Calvin is the most intriguing. He is 6'2" and ran a 4.32 40 yard dash.
Also reported yesterday, but Tom Moore will not remain with the Titans, as he is looking for a OC job and he thinks Dowell is the guy here. I would not be surprised to see a Moore, Manning reunion soon.
Paul Kuharsky adds his commentary on Mel Kiper's first mock draft. I agree that Jordan is too developmental for a coaching staff that needs production from week 1.
Now onto the"Adventures of Kenny Britt!" In todays episode, David Climer believes he will stay around for another year, much like Kuharsky predicted yesterday. Kenny's father calls his son "too loyal". And best of all, Kenny's attorney gives no chance that Britt will be a suspect in this case. It seems like he was just in the wrong spot at the wrong time in this matter.
An added twist to the Manti Te'o story. Seriously this thing is really weird.
