Hello to all out in Titans land,

Some of you may be worried about the upcoming matchup between the New England Patriots and our Tennessee Titans, some might have already stocked up on the good stuff from your local Quick and Easy in anticipation of having to quickly drink yourself under the table in case of a repeat of that one game that never happened way back in 2009.

Never fear friends, Dano has the medicine. Reasons for optimism after the jump!!!!

Before we begin I would like to tell you all that I almost came to blows with a Patriots fan from the Boston area at work today, he was extremely disrespectful of our team and I was seconds away from shoving my hand down his throat. It was a big scene at the place where guitar are born. He even went out of his way to let me know that his love interest Tom Brady would show up on his white stallion and shower LP field of gifts of calonge and autographed pictures of Gisele, so there is that.

The point being, I am extremely pumped up and motivated about this game, we have been insulted not only by one but I am sure by many and being a young man that grew up in the mountains of east Tennessee I do not take to kindly to having my team put down in the fashion that they were, we don't put up with that mess out there.

So without further ado here are your reasons for optimism:

-This is not 2011: The coaching staff has had an entire offseason to finally implement the schemes that they were unable to bring in last year due to the lockout.

-In Locker we trust: Locker is going to struggle at times but there is a reason he won the starting quarterback position and there is a reason he was drafted 8th overall last year. This guy is a winner and will always give the team everything he has.

-No more Amano: The offensive line really has nowhere to go but up in my opinion, Amano was definatly the weakest link (even though Harris is god awful) and Velasco should be an upgrade.

-CJ: Ok, he has looked like the CJ of old at times I will admit but he has been with the team all offseason and from what I've seen in camp it's a step in the right direction. He is in shape and should be a factor this season.

-The WR Corp: Anyone remember when we had Justin Gage and Bobby Wade as our starting wideouts? Me too, anything is an improvement over that and Kendall Wright will shine this season.

-Rob Bironas: Nuff' said, pay the man!!!

-Improved Defense: We have yet to see this squad in a "real game situation" but I am convinced that they are much improved. The addition of Wimbley should pay off big!!!

-Colin McCarthy!!!!!!!!!!111

-The Patriots offensive line is terrible.....at least I hope they are as bad as many are making them out to be.

-I've been listening to Boston radio all week, they are a little skurt due to offensive line woes and suspect safety play.

-The Bills were able to make the Patriots look foolish during one game last season, I'm convinced anything the bills can do we can do better.

-New England is coming to OUR HOUSE, no chances of snow this time around.

-Time will evntually catch up with Brady, its only a question of when.

-Brady is a statue and he is only one hit away from this being Ryan Mallett's team.
