I am beyond excited that the NFL season kicks off tonight. The NFL offseason seems like it gets longer and longer each year, but now it is over. Hooray for that.

NFL predictions are always fun because they usually end up looking utterly ridiculous at the end of the season. With that being said, click through the jump for my predictions on who will win each division and the Super Bowl. Feel free to leave yours here as well.

AFC

South: Houston Texans

It hurts me to pick them, and while I do believe that the Titans have closed the gap, they need to prove it when it matters.

North: Pittsburgh Steelers

I hate this division more than any in football. I really wish the Browns would be good so we can stop talking about the Steelers and Ravens.

East: New England Patriots

I know the Texans are the heaviest favorite in any division according to Vegas, but it will be the Patriots who win their division by the most games in the AFC.

West: Denver Broncos

I hate to pick the Broncos, but they won the division last year with a quarterback who couldn't throw. Peyton Manning is not the same guy he was, but he is good enough to put them over the top in this division.

Wild Card Teams: Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans

NFC

South: Atlanta Falcons

The Saints have too many distractions and the Panthers aren't ready just yet.

North: Green Bay Packers

This is a tough division with three really good teams in it, but the Packers are the head of the class.

East: Philadelphia Eagles

Most people will pick the Giants here, but I think the Eagles learned a lot from last season and will get it done this year.

West: San Francisco 49ers

The Seahawks might make a push here depending on how well Russell Wilson plays, but they aren't good enough to knock off the 9ers.

Wild Card Teams: Detroit Lions and New York Giants

Super Bowl Champion: Green Bay Packers

The Packers will beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
