Tennessee Titans Daily Links: Run 'N Shoot Edition

The Oilers were the franchise that brought the Run 'N Shoot scheme to NFL prominence, and now the Titans are one of a handful of teams who appear to be poised to bring back some key elements of Buddy Ryan's favorite offensive scheme.

Question: we always hear that NFL refs aren't full-time employees, and often have day jobs, but why the hell do you need a second job if you're making $115,000 (soon to be around $183,000) per year?
