Here are a few links from today's practice:

  • Kenny Britt is apparently making good progress in his rehab. In fact, Mike Munchak told Jim Wyatt that Britt is even surprised at how well he is doing:
    "He’ll stay there until we feel he is over the hump, until both knees feel pretty good with no setbacks as far as swelling or soreness," Munchak said. "Right now, everything is great. I think he is surprised with how well he has been progressing. But it is a day by day thing with injuries like that and hopefully he’ll be fine as we get close to the season."
  • Fernando Velasco had been working at guard, but has switched to center with the injuries to Eugene Amano and Kevin Matthews. Here is to hoping he wins the job.
  • Paul Kuharsky has a good article on the fact that the Titans have a quarterback competition instead of a quarterback controversy.
