I can't get through one day without reading an article about how bad the Titans offense is going to be now that Jake Locker has been named the starter. Apparently I see everything through two-tone blue glasses because I was thrilled when they named him the starter.

You can add PFF to the group of people who think Locker will not have a good year:

You can see Jake Locker making some plays, but his lack of consistency to put a balls in favorable spots for his receivers is going to stifle this offense almost as much as his tendency to overthrow them. Growing pains ahoy.

Is Locker the most accurate passer in the league? Clearly not. Is he even in the top half? Probably not, but it also isn't like he can hit the broad side of the barn. He is going to have passes sail on him from time to time, but his playmaking ability will out weigh the accuracy struggles he has.
