Terry McCormick is reporting on Twitter that the Tennessee Titans and Kendall Wright have agreed to terms. He is the only one with that out there right now. [UPDATE]- Adam Caplan confirms that it is done now. It will be really interesting to see what the terms of the deal are
The most important thing here is that the long wait is finally over. There is absolutely no reason that is should have taken this long, but Wright is finally in the fold.
He is going to need to get on the ball in a hurry because the Titans are going to be counting on him heavily. This team is going to be offensive driven, and with the rumblings that Jake Locker probably/maybe be the favorite to win the starting job, they are going to be vertically offensively driven. No one outside of Kenny Britt is a bigger threat in that type of offense than Kendall Wright.
Welcome to the team Kendall. Now get to work.
[UPDATE #2]-
Kendall Wright and Titans reach agreement on a. 4 year, 8.2 million deal, including a4.4 million signing bonus.
