Titans strength and conditioning coach Steve Watterson is focusing on endurance and playing through fatigue this offseason. To accomplish that he's putting the players through faster-paced workouts that target a wide variety of muscle groups and motions.
The wife and children of the late Mike Heimerdinger are hosting the first annual 'Drive for Dinger' event in Franklin, TN today. The dinner and golf event will help raise money for a foundation that's been formed in Dinger's memory with the goal of offering counseling and support to cancer victims and their families.
