The issues around Janoris Jenkins have been discussed at length, but taking him in the second round is a no-brainer for the Panthers here. Jenkins has the talent to be a top 15 guy. Now Carolina gets to sign him to a contract that has very little guaranteed money. They can cut him loose at any point if he doesn't have his act together.
If he does have his act together, this could end up being the best pick of the draft. He has the talent to be a top 15 guy.
