Jake Locker was on SiriusXM NFL Radio, and let us know he's doing all he can to win the starting QB job. Barring that, you know he's still going to prepare like a champ. Good lord I love having a young QB who is mature beyond his years. Been a long damned time...
Ahmard Hall worked out for the Dolphins on Wednesday after getting nary a nibble from the Titans this offseason.
Titan Sized points out that without Hall back on the roster, Quinn Johnson could be our starting FB next season. I expect they'll bring in an undrafted FA after the draft, and perhaps a veteran who's on the street to compete for the FB spot.
PFF takes a look at players who signed big contracts in free agency last season, and evaluates whether or not they lived up to their salary.
Don Banks has another mock draft up, and in his scenario there's a run on defensive linemen (Mercilus, Upshaw, Poe, Coples, Cox and Ingram are all gone before 20), which leaves is with CBs Stephon Gilmore and Dre Kirkpatrick to chose from. Gilmore is the winner in Banks' mock.
FO's Ben Muth scouts the Ravens' offensive line.
VUNCE!11!!1!
I can't really understand why the Bengals let Keith Rivers go for just a fifth round pick. That's a trade I would've been interested in us pursuing.
