From JWhyte:
Claiborne is hands-down the best defensive prospect available in a draft that has precious few of them. No pass rusher has the kind of resume to be worth this pick, but Claiborne has the speed, the quick, and the instincts of a sure-fire cover corner. Corner isn't the Skins biggest need, but they figure to be able to address their QB situation in free agency. Their defense is SB caliber and Claiborne will help push it over the top. Giants notwithstanding, the Skins are within sight of a division title. Assuming they don't trade up to nab RG3, this seems like a can't miss.
Tannehill might be the answer for the Redskins, but not at #6 overall. Trading down is certainly a possibility, but we have no indication that Dan Snyder even knows how to do this. I don't see them standing up Coples opposite Orakpo, and he's not the kind of space-eater that Washington needs in a 3-4 defensive lineman.
