2012 NFL Free Agency: Titans Host Jeff Saturday and Others

Yesterday was a busy day for the Tennessee Titans when it came to hosting free agents. They had Jeff Saturday, Tracy Porter, Joel Dressen, and Jamaal Anderson all in for visits. It is clear that they are still trying to get a center, but I have trouble believing that Jeff Saturday ends up anywhere besides Denver.

Jamaal Anderson is why you are afraid of taking defensive ends high in the first round. He was the 8th overall pick by the Falcons back in 2007, but has only tallied 7.5 sacks in his career. He had the workout numbers, but for whatever reason it has not translated for him on the field.

Having Joel Dressen in had to be more of a kick the tires meeting than anything else. The Titans already have three tight ends on the roster, so unless they are planning on letting Daniel Graham go, there really isn't a spot for him on this team.

Tracy Porter is one of my favorite players of all time because he ripped Peyton Manning's heart out in the Super Bowl. He seems like the type of guy the Titans need in the mix as the third corner.
