Mark Sanchez is not a good NFL quarterback. The only way he is going to beat you is if you give him time to throw. The good news for the Titans is that they have been really good at getting after quarterbacks lately. Jerry Gray has been dialing up a lot of different pressure packages, and there is no reason to think they won't be able to make Sanchez uncomfortable tonight.
The other thing that the Titans will need to be able to do is keep the Jets rushing game under control. The only way New York is going to have success on offense is if they are able to maintain balance. If the Titans can keep them in third and long, we should see a lot of punts and few turnovers tonight.
This is a good match-up for the Titans on defense. The biggest hole in the defense is the safeties, and Sanchez probably isn't good enough to take advantage of that. The key here will be the offense taking care of the ball.
