Texans vs. Titans: Three Things on Offense

Three things to watch from the Titans on offense against the Texans.

Scott Cunningham
Jake Locker -

Does Locker still wake up in the middle of the night with memories of an unblocked Texans defender pile driving him into the ground, snapping his non-throwing should like a candy cane, and almost ending his season?

I'm not going to get into the X's and O's of Jake's game, we've gone over that plenty of times this season and we all know what he's capable of bringing to the table. I just hope he doesn't get in there and have a "flashback to Nam" type of day, He's a young quarterback and things like that do happen. See Colt McCoy.

Dowell Loggains -

Dumbed down Palmer offense or Dinger-esque offense? I don't have any idea of what to expect out of Loggains and his play calling. I'm not expecting a huge turn around this week especially with the Texans coming to town. Lets hope I'm wrong because this team needs a spark in the worst way.

Jared Cook -

Let me start off by saying that this guy is not going to be on this team next season. Why keep someone that absolutely does not want to be here? He's done with Nashville.

That being said, Barrett Ruud is starting at middle linebacker for the Texans Sunday. I am going to be super annoyed if Cook can't take advantage of a guy that may be the worst cover middle linebacker in the league.
