TCU vs (16) Texas Thanksgiving 7:30 pm ESPN

The Big 12 newbie TCU takes on the old guard of Texas. The Horns get their annual Thanksgiving battle but with a new opponent since Texas A&M ventured onto the SEC and both parties couldn't agree to continue the classic series. Unfortunately, Texas is missing some of its top defensive stars for the year, DE Jackson Jeffcoat #44 JR and LB Jordan Hicks #3 JR

Washington CB Desmond Trufant #6 SR sits there slightly bemused that ex Cougar WR Marquess Wilson quit the team on such short notice and won't play.

Arizona State at (24) Arizona Friday 10 pm ESPN "The battle of who has the hotter coeds?"

ASU wins in a close match in that category but all jokes aside, the high powered Rich Rod Wildcats offense looks to get back on track after fizzling in recent weeks against an underrated Sun Devil D.

Georgia Tech at (3) Georgia Saturday Noon ESPN "Clean Old Fashioned Hate"

Will the Dogs' monstrous defense hold up against the powerful option rushing attack after getting a free tuneup against option heavy Georgia Southern last week? Will Tech be hungover from celebrating the ACC Coastal title and a date vs FSU in Charlotte the following week (Miami chose to impose a bowl ban in an effort to ward off severe NCAA sanctions, therefore GT gets the nod). UGA could be looking ahead to the date with Bama in the SEC title game.

The granddaddy of all the rivalry games and Ohio State's national title game this year as they are banned from the postseason due to NCAA sanctions.

(5) Oregon at (15) Oregon State Saturday 3 pm Pac 12 Network "The Civil War"

Oregon visits Corvallis take on the feisty Beavers after a devastating loss to Stanford last week. The Ducks need a win and a Stanford loss to UCLA to back into the Pac-12 title game.

Auburn at (2) Alabama Saturday 3:30 pm CBS "The Iron Bowl"

Yeah this one will get ugly pretty fast. Last I checked, Bama was a 34.5 point favorite over Auburn if you want to believe/invest in that sort of thing. Alabama might get to scrimmage and work on the gameplan against UGA in Atlanta.

Okie State RB Joseph Randle and the Cowboys take on S Tony Jefferson, QB Landry Jones and the Sooners in what has been an entertaining rivalry series of late. OSU HC Mike Gundy might be coaching his last Bedlam game as he is a hot candidate to make the SEC jump like predecessor Les Miles.

Missouri at (9) Texas A&M Saturday 7 pm ESPN2

Mizzou DE Shelden Richardson takes on the hype machine and legitimate Heisman contender Johnny Manziel. A&M fans, just stop with the whining that you should be higher ranked than Bama, just stop it, it isn't true. They got lucky in the one time out of the ten that Bama would lose that game. Also, that douche Ryan Swope should've been penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct multiple times for screaming/taunting after every catch. The other 9 times, the Tide would wax the Aggies and then some.

(12) South Carolina at (11) Clemson Saturday 7 pm ESPN "Battle for the Palmetto State"

This is probably one of the better games of the already loaded day in terms of pure talent on each side.
