Jim Wyatt says the Titans believe they're much closer to being a competitive team than most observers would believe. You can count me among the unbelieving at this point, because until I see a team out there who can at least be competitive on a regular basis, regardless of the level of competition, it's hard to believe they'll fix the problems that have plagued them over the past couple of years.
