Jim Brown-US PRESSWIRE

The Titans have had some issues drafting at different positions, but defense tackle has not been one of them in the last couple of years. Last year they were able to find Jurrell Casey and Karl Klug. While they aren't getting the same production they got from Klug last year, he was still a solid find. Pro Football Focus was really high on both of those guys throughout the 2011 NFL season.

This year PFF is also extremely high on Mike Martin. In fact, he currently ranks 5th in their Roookie of the Year race:

Saw a lot of the field against Pittsburgh when Jurrell Casey went down injured and responded with his best showing to date. Martin is now up to fifth in our defensive tackle rankings, showing early signs of being a terrific every down player.

It is good to see Martin carrying his production from the preseason into the regular season. He might be called on again this week to be in on a lot of snaps if Casey's shoulder doesn't allow him to go.
