In a move almost no one saw coming, Jay Glazer is reporting that just days before they get waxed in the season opener by our beloved Titans, the Jacksonville Jaguars have told David Garrard that he will be released. The team will start Luke McCown (whose brother Josh played for Chris Palmer in the UFL last year, btw) on Sunday.
We'll try to update you as more details come in, but the main story here is that it's an excellent development for the Titans as they aim to start the season off with some confidence.
