Mike Munchak on Who Is Responsible for Haloti Ngata

It is never a good thing when the Titans are facing a match-up where their weakness is facing off against the other team's strength, and that is exactly what is happening this weekend. Haloti Ngata is one of the most disruptive defensive lineman in the league, and Mike Munchak named all of the holes in the Titans offense as the guys who will be responsible for him:

He will be over both guards and be over the center, so you are going to have it where they’ll use him on all three downs. He is not a guy that leaves the field because he is only a run stopper. He rushes the passer better than you think and gets that push that they like and he is a smart player so he kind of lulls you to sleep a little bit and all of the sudden he gets a hit on the quarterback. All three of our inside guys will have an opportunity to either double team him or single team him, and we know that they have a good one there in the middle.

This would be a really good time for the interior of the offensive line to prove that Mike Munchak knew what he was doing when he stuck with them this offseason.
