NO discipline for Kenny Britt of Tennessee either, league says.
According to Judy Battista of the New York Times, Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt will not be suspended. This is suberb news for the Titans. With Chris Johnson holding out, Britt is the team's biggest playmaker. The offense has looked pretty good on the field this preseason, and that's without Chris Johnson and Britt. I can't wait to see what Matt Hasselbeck and Jake Locker with both of them on the field.
Focus now turns to Britt getting healthy, something he has struggled with during his career. His hamstring, which has bothered him for the last year, has reportedly healed, but his quad is now bothering him, keeping him out of tonight's game. Hopefully he can go and get some time on the field in Thursday's preseason finale against the Saints. As I said earlier, it does no good if he is eligible to play, but can't get on the field due to injury.
