The third preseason game is always the most exciting one because the starters usually play the whole first half, and they might even play the first series of the second half. The offense will get a good test this week going up against a Chicago Bears defense that is always tough. They will also once again be without Chris Johnson, Kenny Britt and Javon Ringer.

If you really stop and think about it, it is really amazing that the offense has looked good in this preseason. Last year the offense was terrible without Britt in the lineup, and that was with Chris Johnson.

I want to see Jamie Harper run the ball against the Bears like he did against the Rams. You would expect the Chicago defensive front to prove a little bit tougher to block than the St. Louis front was. We can really start to feel good about the interior of the offensive line if they look good again this week.

It would be nice to see Jake Locker get some reps behind a line that could block someone, but I would expect Matt Hasselbeck to get all of the reps with the first team line tomorrow night in order to get him ready for the start of the season.
