The folks at Pro Football Focus have put out their list of the top 20 free agents still on the market. The list includes two 2010 Tennessee Titans, Stephen Tulloch and Jacob Ford. Mike Reinfeldt said yesterday that the Titans have made an offer to Tully, but John Glennon tweeted today that Ford's agent says there has been no offer from the Titans.
This list also includes two receivers the Titans should consider if they are serious about adding a veteran at the position, Braylon Edwards and Malcolm Floyd. Both of those guys come with their issues, but both guys would be an upgrade over any receiver on the roster not named Kenny Britt. I would be pumped if they added either of those guys for, you guessed it, the right price.
Safety Michael Huff is another guy that is still on the market. I haven't seen any rumors regarding him in the last week. The Jaguars added Dawan Landry earlier this week, who we had talked about, but it makes more sense for the Titans to go after Huff considering Landry is more of a run-stuffer and Huff is better against the pass. Jerry Gray is going to put an emphasis on his front seven getting after the run, and I would rather my deep guys be more equipped to deal with the likes of Peyton Manning and Matt Schaub.
