Thoughts on a few of these guys below...
The two names that jump out to me right away are Joseph Hills and John Stokes. Hill is a 6'4" WR from TSU here in Nashville. Hill started out at South Carolina but finished his career with TSU. He's a big, tall WR who can play very physically, which he uses to make up for his lack of speed and explosion. Hills is still a long shot to make the roster, but he could make a solid practice squad guy.
John Stokes was a heralded recruit when he arrived at Vanderblit after passing on offers from Michigan, among others. He never really established himself as a force in the LB corps, but he was a solid contributor who drew immediate praise as a long snapper and special teams contributor. The Vandy bias aside, I always love to see worthy guys with local connections get a shot.
I've also heard good things about the vertical speed of Owen Spencer and James Kirkendoll
So all in all there aren't any of the top-rated guys who have peppered numerous lists over the past few months, but my bet is that as we dive in and learn a little more about these guys we'll see a few who have the potential to challenge for a roster spot. Lets not forget that 57 UDFAs started last season on the active side of an NFL roster.
