Moore is alleging that Britt and a cohort punched him in the face several times While Britt never faced any criminal charges, but the burden of proof is much lower in a civil case so Kenny's wallet could get dinged.
Pacman says he didn't do anything wrong when he was arrested by Cincinnati police on Sunday morning. Pac is asking us to believe he's smart enough not resist arrest while wearing a neck brace due to a recent surgery, but does anyone really buy that? I mean resisting arrest isn't exactly assaulting a police officer. It doesn't take much to get that charge.
