Could Kevin Kolb be Jim Harbaugh's target out in San Francisco. The league has looked into accusations of improper contact between teams and players, but they didn't find anything wrong. My guess is the exact opposite was the case: they realized everyone was doing it, and the owners didn't feel much like punishing themselves. Lance Briggs, who signed a $36 million contract back in 2008, says that there's no reason players shouldn't be able to weather the financial burden of the lockout.
