SB Nation Bloggers NFL Mock Draft Update

New, comments

Here is the recap of today's events:

The Patriots were on the clock, again, with the 28th pick and they selected Cameron Heyward, DE, Ohio State.  Heyward helped his draft stock a ton with a great effort in the Sugar Bowl against Arkansas, and as I always believe, he will turn out to be a stud because almost everything the Patriots touch turns to gold.

The Bears had the 29th pick and selected Stephen Paea, DT, Oregon State.  He is strong and doesn't have as many guns as Tank Johnson, allegedly.

The Jets had the 30th pick and selected Akeem Ayers, LB, UCLA.  I really hate the Jets.

We are doing two rounds in this draft, so you will see another Titans pick on the board middle of next week.  Things have played out decently well for the Titans so far, but I have a feeling it is going to get pretty rough before they are on the clock again.
