Brian Galliford has put out a 2nd round 2011 NFL Mock Draft this morning that has the Titans taking Marvin Austin, DT, UNC with the 39th pick. Austin is a risky pick because by all accounts he was the ring leader of all of the trouble that went down with the North Carolina players last year, but he has a lot of upside. He is a guy that would have been a top 15 pick in this draft had he not been ruled ineligible for the 2010 season. Taking a guy like that in the first round is extremely risky, but the risk is quite a bit diminished in the second round.
There is a 99% chance this pick is going to be a defensive player. Other guys they would consider here would be Da'Quan Bowers or Stephen Paea, but they will probably be off the board. I would also expect them to look at the available linebackers. There could be some value in guys like Akeem Ayers, Martez Wilson and Mason Foster.
Rahim Moore is a guy that they might also take a look at, but there is a reasonable chance they could get him in the third round. Galliford doesn't have him being picked in the second in his mock.
