Rick Gosselin, who has been called the king of NFL mock drafts by some, has put out his final mock draft (behind a pay wall at the Dallas Morning News). His is the first draft that I have seen the quarterback run happening early in the first round instead of in the late first round. In fact, he has five quarterbacks going in the first twelve picks. Wouldn't that be something?

He has the Titans selecting Jake Locker with the 8th pick:

The Titans want to put the Vince Young era behind them. Locker provides Tennessee a key element Young lacked — leadership. Locker was a two-year captain at Washington and a very charismatic player.

I still don't see any scenario where the Titans go Locker at 8.

His top 7 is the exact same as Mayock's:
1. Cam Newton- Panthers
2. Von Miller- Broncos
3. Marcell Dareus- Bills
4. A.J. Green- Bengals
5. Patrick Peterson- Cardinals
6. Julio Jones- Browns
7. Blaine Gabbert- 49ers
