2011 NFL Draft: Wes Bunting Looks at Ten Scenarios for the Top Ten Picks

Wes Bunting of The National Football Post took a look at ten different scenarios that could play out in the top ten picks of Thursday's NFL Draft. Bunting has the Titans taking North Carolina DE Robert Quinn in five out of his ten mock drafts, Auburn DT Nick Fairley in three out of ten and one each for Missouri QB Blaine Gabbert and Georgia WR A.J. Green.

I clicked on the article expecting at least six of the ten to have the Titans taking Fairley, but Quinn was the more popular selection here, and he had three scenarios where the Titans had the opportunity to take Fairley and passed.

There is no such thing as a sure thing when it comes to the NFL draft, but I will be shocked if Fairley is still on the board and the Titans don't take him. The ceiling is just too high.

Of course I am still holding out hope that the Titans will pull the trigger on Julio Jones. Only two of the ten scenarios have Julio off the board when the Titans are on the clock.
