Jim Wyatt is reporting that the Titans have mailed letters to all season ticket holders with a statement about the lockout and a Q&A section. The full text of the letter is after the jump.

To our valued PSL holders:

As you know, we recently announced the hiring of our new Head Coach Mike Munchak. We are extremely excited about Mike and the coaching staff he has assembled. If leadership, skill and experience count for anything, and they do, Mike and his staff will make all of us proud.

I know many of you have questions about the upcoming 2011 season and how it will be affected by the work stoppage. These are understandable concerns and we are grateful for your continued support.

In an effort to address some of your concerns, we have prepared a list of frequently asked questions for your review. Please see the reverse side of this letter. I want to reassure you that we intend to be open, honest, and fair with everyone with whom we do business, especially those of you who have faithfully supported us since we came to Tennessee.

Your unwavering support of Tennessee Titans is invaluable to our Team and we want to merit your confidence. We fully intend to keep you informed as the year progresses.

Very truly yours,

K.S. "Bud" Adams, Jr

Q&A Section

1. When will I receive my final season ticket invoice and when is the payment deadline?

A. You should expect to receive your final season ticket invoice no later than mid-April. The payment deadline will depend on the duration of the work stoppage. However, deadlines will be established to assure tickets will be printed and delivered in a timely matter.

2. If there us not a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in place, will the NFL still announce the schedule in April?

A. Yes.

3. If there is not a CBA in place, will the NFL still hold the NFL Draft in April?

A. The 2011 college selection draft will take place in April 2011 as planned. It will not be affected by a work stoppage.

4. Are game cancellations possible for in the 2011 season?

A. Yes, games could be cancelled. However, both sides want to play and continue our great games. It is only a question of when we reach an agreement.

5. When will the NFL begin cancelling games if a CBA is not reached?

A. Games could be cancelled if the work stoppage continues during the season. However, the games could also be rescheduled.

6. If games are cancelled and not rescheduled, how will refunds be handled?

A. Your PSL contract entitles you to a refund or credit after the season ends for cancelled games. We, however, intend to begin processing written refund request as soon as the total number of cancelled games is known. After a written request is received, refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks. If no written request is received, your PSL account will be credited.

7. If a CBA is not in place, will the NFL use replacement players?

A. Use of replacement players is an NFL decision and not a club decision. We know of no plans to use replacement players on 2011.

8. Who should I contact if I have any questions?

A. Please contact the Titans ticket office at 615-565-4200 if you have any questions or concerns.
