There is one person close to Bud Adams' heart who is publicly urging him to hire Mike Munchak as the next head coach: Earl Campbell. Campbell has felt cut off from the franchise for which he played almost his entire career since it moved to Nashville, but he'd be back on board if Adams hired Munchak. Munch was one of the guys who made a name for himself paving holes for Campbell's final few years in the league, and now the famed running back is making no secret of the fact that he's a Munchak fan. I will say that for as quite as Munchak is as an assistant coach, his supporters are ardent and plentiful.
If you've got a single two-toned blue bone in your body you'll go and vote for T-Rac as the 'Most Awesome Mascot' in the Cartoon Network's Hall of Game Awards. T-Rac is up against the Philly Phanatic, Pheonix Suns' Gorilla Go and the Milwaukee Bucks' Bango.
SB Nations' Falcons fans aren't exactly shedding tears over the prospect of losing Mike Mularkey. Reading the comments, I'm a bit surprised by the level of disdain for the guy, but they seem to really feel like he's not aggressive enough... that's not something Titans fans want to hear.

I think we can all understand exactly why Packers fans feel like they do, but it's a bit shocking if you think back on the situations that would be at least superficially analogous in recent history.
The Tennessean would like you to know they feel like sour cream is a great basis for many game-day dips. And people wonder why newspapers are dying.
The Vancouver Sun takes a look at the interesting history behind NFL team names. This is definitely a must read for the numerous tidbits on the history of just about every NFL franchise.
