Pro Football Talk had a list yesterday of the first and second day quarterback prospects and whether or not they will throw at the NFL Combine.  According to PFT, Cam Newton, Colin Kaepernick, Jake Locker, Ryan Mallett, Andy Dalton, Ricky Stanzi and Christian Ponder will all throw at the combine.  Greg McElroy, who I don't see being a first or second day prospect, will not throw due to an injury he sustained at the combine.

Blaine Gabbert is the only one of this group who has chosen not to throw at the combine.  Ponder was apparently on the fence, but PFT update their story late last night saying that he had decided to throw.  I don't really understand why Gabbert won't throw, but that has been his stance pretty much since he declared.  That means that the only time pro coaches and scouts will get to see him throw is at his Pro Day.

I still vote for a defensive stud at #8 and a QB in the 2nd round.
