UPDATE: Jerry Gray Still Considering Making The Right Decision

So that Dallas Morning News bit that went up yesterday continues to look less and less reliable (For what it's worth, I reached out to Chuck Carlton for a clarification, or at least a comment, but my query has gone unanswered). Jerry Gray's interview is still scheduled to happen, and his name has not been withdrawn from consideration for the Titans' defensive coordinator position.

Like I said in the comments this morning, I'm not buying one bit that he stays at Texas until I see a statement from the Titans camp, Nashville media or from Gray directly. I'm certainly not trusting a report coming out of the college football media end of things, because they're more prone to baseless gossip and rumor mongering than the little old ladies at whatever salon does Mike Florio's hair. Still, the fact that this process has drug out for a few days seems to make it less and less likely, but there's no telling what could have delayed Gray's interview this long.
