I have no idea why this game is on Saturday night, but it is. It just seems odd to me that the first Saturday night game of the season would take place in week 15. While we are talking about Saturday games, keep in mind that pretty much all of the games next week will be played on Saturday- including the Titans. I had no idea next week's game was on Saturday until this week.
Tonight's game does not have as much intrigue as it did when the schedules first came out. The Buccaneers won 10 games last year and had a young quarterback that looked like he was going to be a star. They were supposed to be one of the hot teams in 2011. Unfortunately, this season has not gone the way they had hoped, and there is even a chance that Raheem Morris could be out at the end of the season.
The Cowboys are fighting to stay in the playoff picture in the NFC. Jason Garrett needs this one in a bad way because there is a chance Jerry Jones could fire him at the end of the season if they don't make the playoffs and make a run at Jeff Fisher.
