Here is the question that was posed to Adam Schefter and his answer on Chris Johnson (In$ider):

Q: Why are the Tennessee Titans sticking with Chris Johnson as their starting running back? He has been awful this year and in my opinion needs to earn his carries until he shows he's productive again.

-- Thomas (Calif.)

A: For starters, they paid the man, Thomas. And the reason they paid him is one of the reasons they are sticking with him. Even though he has been hesitant with the football in his hands, even though he has been timid in spots he used to be a force, Johnson still has that talent. At some point, he's going to start popping long runs again. Problem is, it might be a while and it might not be this season. Johnson hasn't looked anything like the runner he once was, but Tennessee knows he can return. It's why he's still carrying the football -- to the frustration of many, including you, Thomas.

Now that is the obvious answer of course. Here is my question to you in poll form. When do you think Chris Johnson becomes the explosive runner he was in the first three years of his NFL career?
