Last week I was 7-6-1. Yesterday I was 1-2. That brings my season record to 56-66-6. That's a lot of 6s.

This week's picks after the jump.

Minnesota @ Atlanta -9 1/2

The Vikings are bad with Adrian Peterson. They are abysmal without him.

Cleveland @ Cincinnati - 8 1/2

It would be really nice for my fantasy teams if Adrian Peterson would play in this one.

Carolina -3 1/2 @ Indianapolis

This would be so much more fun if the Colts weren't going to end up with Andrew Luck.

Arizona @ St. Louis

I cannot find a line anywhere for this one, so I am taking the Rams to win.

Houston -4 @ Jacksonville

The Matt Leinart era opens with a W, unfortunately.

Buffalo @ NY Jets -9 1/2

It is hard to believe that the Bills have gotten as bad as they are, but there season is pretty much over now that Fred Jackson is on IR.

Tampa Bay @ Tennessee -3

Come on Titans!

Chicago @ Oakland -4

I don't have a good feeling about Caleb Hanie in this one.

New England -3 1/2 @ Philadelphia

I don't know if Michael Vick is going to play or not.   Does anyone think the Eagles defense can hold the Patriots to 10 points so Vince can throw three picks but lead a 4th quarter comeback?

Denver +7 @ San Diego

The Chargers are really in trouble.  Norv Turner's seat will get even hotter after this one.

Pittsburgh -11 1/2 @ Kansas City

It is going to be a rough night for Tyler Palko in his final Chiefs start.

NY Giants +8 @ New Orleans

This one should be good.  I am not sure the Giants win, but they will keep it close.
