I don't even remember what it was like to have confidence the Titans were going to win a game against a pretty good team. I was confident that they would beat the Colts, because the Colts are terrible, but every other week I feel like they could win but have no idea if they will or not.
This one is going to come down to the success of the rushing game for the Titans. I really think the Panthers score at least 24 points here. The question is whether or not the Titans can keep pace, and the only way they can is if Chris Johnson has a big game.
Hopefully Jerry Gray has some wrinkles for Cam Newton that he hasn't shown yet. The best way to beat Cam is to confuse him into throwing a ball that he shouldn't. The problem is the middle of the field is usually open and hitting the wide open tight end doesn't take much thought.
The Titans can win this one. They just have to look more like the team from week 2 than the second half of last week's game.
GO TITANS!!
