Titans vs. Steelers: James Harrison Out For Sunday's Game

Mike Tomlin announced in his press conference today that James Harrison will not play in Sunday's game between the Titans and Steelers. Harrison will undergo surgery Wednesday on a fractured right orbital eye socket and miss a number of weeks.

This news obviously makes the game a little easier for the Titans, but keep in mind that the Titans had the Steelers at home last year with Dennis Dixon/Charlie Batch at quarterback and couldn't win. I know a lot of the circumstances are different, but the Titans are going to have to play well to win this game.

Tomlin also said that he expects Ben Roethlisberger to play in this game. It turns out that his foot is only sprained, and considering he played with a broken foot last year I would say he is a lock to play.

The Steelers will also probably be without Rashard Mendenhall Sunday who is suffering from a hamstring injury.
