Here are some links for you to check out from the guys that were at Wednesday's Senior Bowl Practices. DraftCountdown.com reports the Titans were talkling with LSU LB Kelvin Sheppard. Trevor can probably give us some good insight on Sheppard. What I know about Sheppard is that he terrorized my Crimson Tide to the tune of 10 tackles, a half sack and an interception. He made more plays in that game than the entire Titans linebacking corps did all season. Sheppard was voted 1st team All-SEC by the coaches and AP. He isn't a guy that they will be taking at #8 but could be a good value in the 2nd or 3rd round.
Wes Bunting says Christian Ponder has really helped his stock this week. Ponder is another guy that isn't going off the board early in the first, but he would be a guy the Titans would have to take a long hard look at if he were available in the 2nd round. Ponder worries me because he didn't put up numbers in college that jump off the page, but some of that was due to injuries that have apparently healed.
