Tennessee_titans_30x21 The second corner back position has been the only real starting spot that's open for competition on the Titans roster (being a starter on the D-line barely matters since the rotation is 8-10 deep), and right now it's looking like Jason McCourty has the position pretty-well nailed down. At this point, I'd say he has to completely Nick Harper this thing implode a few times to lose it. After that spot, the next most interesting question in the secondary is what will be the pecking order behind Vinny Fuller's nickel spot.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Leroy Harris is the new guy on the offensive line, and he's going the extra step to show that he's got his linemates' backs:

Leroy Harris admitted he had "bad intentions." A play after fellow offensive lineman Eugene Amano had been poked in the eye by linebacker Jamie Winborn, Harris knew the next play – 26-power – would bring him into a collision with the former Vanderbilt star.

So he banged into Winborn hard. In an instant, the players went at it. A second later, Harris had Winborn flying through the air and on his back.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Teresa M. Walker talks about the changes in Vince Young's maturity. The most notable parts include Vince becoming more vocal in practice after taking some major steps forward in understanding the entire offense while working with the coaching staff throughout the off-season.
Tennessee_titans_30x21 Most of us probably missed this tidbit, but Houston Texans draft pick Ben Tate, who was expected to be a/the top option in their struggling running game, suffered a 'significant' ankle injury in last weekend's preseason game.
Tennessee_titans_30x21 I'm just going to set this one up on a tee and see who can hit it the hardest: Among the NFL vets mentoring the nearly 30 year-old Ben Roethlisberger is Merril Hoge.
Tennessee_titans_30x21 The Browns have signed former Titans stop-gap, punter Reggie Hodges since Dave Zastudil was placed on the injured reserve.
