Multiple sources are reporting that the Titans have agreed to terms with Raheem Brock. Brock played with the Colts last season and had 3.5 sacks.

This move obviously became necessary because of all of the injuries the Titans have suffered at defensive end in this camp. It can't hurt to see what he has left in the tank.
The Titans also added Chris Harrington. To make room on the roster they have released Marcus Howard and Phillip Morris.
