This afternoon, the Titans filed a lawsuit against USC head coach Lane Kiffin for "maliciously" interfering with the contract of running backs coach Kennedy Pola. From the Tennessean article, the lawsuit states "as a result of USC and Kiffin’s tortuous conduct, Tennessee (Titans) football has been damaged in an amount proven at trial.’’ The lawsuit continues to say Pola agreed he would "not under any circumstance solicit discussions or entertain employment with any other person or entity during the term without given written permission to do so.’’

This past weekend, Lane Kiffin hired Kennedy Pola as offensive coordinator at the University of Southern California. Fisher was not happy to say the least, and Kiffin defended himself by saying that he "immediately reached out to Coach to make him aware of the situation" and "he (Fisher) now has an accurate understanding of the timeline of events." Apparently that made things worse.

This will be interesting to follow as more information comes out.
