On the heels of the hard work his players put in helping the Nashville community recovery from the floods, Fisher turned yesterday's practice into a 45 minute game of 'powerball'. Pics can be seen here.
Today's Friday Jam is one of my favorites from one of the most consistently under-rated bands in the history of history: Add It Up by The Violent Femmes! Some of you may know that I'm getting hitched two weeks from tomorrow, and I can't tell you how many bonus points I got on our first date for having the Violent Femmes on my iPod... tell me that ain't a hip, hip lady. Please, do yourself a favor and explore their catalog beyond Blister in the Sun.
Vince Young talked with local media about his switch in agents, and stressed that he and Major Adams are still on great terms. Vince just saw the opportunity (correctly, might I add) to take his career on and off the field to the next level.

Have you heard there's an opening at the cornerback position opposite Cortland Finnegan? Apparently that's the case, and some guys on the roster would really like to win said position. Fascinating stuff, I know.
The Titans are looking at hiring executive Ruston Webber to help with the front office in an as-yet unspecified position. Webber has worked with the Seahawks and Buccaneers, and was one of the candidates for GM when we hired Mike Reinfeldt.
David Climer says the Titans need Chris Johnson to attend the voluntary offseason workouts, then fails to muster up a compelling argument as to why that's the case. As long as he's in shape like he was last year, I still have no problem with CJ2K making a statement by holding-out of the voluntary portion of the offseason.
Kenny Britt's fat ass has been cleared to practice, so that's good.
Here's a lesson in how not to act after you've been busted cheating. Any one else notice how indignation and desperation sound a lot alike?
Bravo to Richard Justice for having the testicular fortitude to call out Cushing for invoking cancer in his defense without any actual evidence. If he's lying or exaggerating, then that's even worse than the FACT that he cheated by taking anabolic steroids during the off-season.
Have a great weekend!
