Tennessee Titans Morning Links: Kill The Ghost Edition

New, comments

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Jim Wyatt revisits the Albert Haynesworth situation, and confirms that the Titans have no interest in giving up a first round pick.  Before they gave Albert more than $20 million in bonus money the Redskins seemed primed to accept a third round pick for the big man, but now there are conflicting reports about what the Redskins want to do.  One thing is for sure though, if Reinfeldt could pull this off at a reasonable price, he'd change a lot of people's opinion about his ability to pull off the big deals.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 If you're walking down the street today and notice that someone's face is melting, don't be afraid.  It's not some freaky solar flare or anything, they're probably just listening to Slash's new solo album, which completely dominates that atrocity of an album Axl Rose put out to much more fanfare last year.  the only scary part is there appears to be cuts featuring the likes of Fergie and Kid Rock, but I just refuse to listen to them and focus instead on the tracks with Lemmy from Motorhead, Ozzy and others... so far that's working out well.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Patrick Ramsey hasn't received an offer since he and Simms worked out for the team, so now he's visiting with the New Orleans Saints.

Follow us through the jump for tons of draft links...

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Don Banks has a new mock draft, and he gives us Georgia Tech DE Derrick Morgan, whom he calls the safest 4-3 DE in the draft.  It's notable that he has Kyle Wilson going just two picks later to the Steelers.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Wes Bunting also has a new mock that leans the same direction as well.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Ross Tucker has breaking news: NFL coaches lie.  A lot.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Here's a draft preview for the Titans from some Missouri news outlet's NFL blogger.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 PFW's Nolan Nawrocki takes a look at who could be a first round surprise in the upcoming NFL draft.  Possibles include Alabama's Kareem Jackson, Georgia Tech's Morgan Burnett, California's Tyson Alualu and East Carolina's Linval Joseph.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Expected 1st rounder Jimmy Clausen has his Pro Day this afternoon in South Bend, and unless he chicken's out, it will be his first significant audition for NFL scouts since his off-season toe surgery.

Have a great weekend!
