Paul Kuharsky just posted this chart on his blog that lists the franchise and transition tag numbers for the 2010 season.  The transition tag is a new tag that is in place without a CBA has apparently always been there.  It is an average of the top 10 players salary at the position (or 120% of the top salary whichever is greater) instead of the top 5 like the franchise tag.  Each team gets one franchise tag and one transition tag to use if they chose to do so.
