Kerry Collins has been busting his hump the past few off-seasons, and he's followed up last year's feat of dropping 15lbs. before camp by working out even harder and with more vigor:
"I’ve worked out more in this off-season than I have in the last several," Collins said. "I’ve been in here every day and I’ve really put a lot of time in in the weight room, more so than I have in several years in the past.
This is from a veteran many folks thought would be enjoying his retirement from the NFL by now.
"I feel rejuvenated, [that’s the] bottom line," he said. "I feel really good, but at the same time, I’m coming into my 15th year, so I don’t have forever. I’m trying to do everything I can to do everything possible to get ready to have a good year."
Speaking of Kerry, how I missed this epic photoshop image of Kerry via KSK I will never know, but that's so funny even Johnny Cash would approve if he was here today.
Now that the rookies and veterans are both in the OTA program, it's time for Britt and Cook to start impressing right away if they want serious playing time this year.

1. Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans. It's the best uniform in NFL history that doesn't currently exist in the NFL. Please consider making the switch permanent, Titans.
I love our uniform combinations from last year (best looking home uniforms in the game... yeah I said it) so I'm not going as far as he does, but those old Oilers jerseys are pretty awesome when combined with the white oil derrick helmet.
The Commish doesn't expect a vote on extending the regular season until the league meets with the Players Association in a few weeks. Hopefully the extra money the players can make - and the extra jobs through expanded rosters that would be necessary - will sweeten the CBA talks as they rev-up soon.
