Albert Haynesworth Misses Titans Practice

Fatalbert_medium
Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth did not participate in practice on Wednesday after he suffered what the team is calling a mild concussion in Sunday's win over the Jaguars.  His status for Sunday's game is unknown at this point.

"He’s improving," Coach Jeff Fisher said. "We usually take a couple of extra days when you’re dealing with mild concussion symptoms."

The Titans were missing Haynesworth when they traveled to Cincy last season and got torched by the Bengals offense.  While the players on the defensive line are better this season, it is still a little scary to think about playing without Haynesworth.  He probably will not be able to practice Thursday either but should have a chance to go on Friday.
