Todd McShay's Mock Draft

Todd really should email me to get a list of the Titans' needs.  He has their needs listed as WR, CB, TE, WR, OL.  I guess he has WR on there twice because he thinks they need more than one, but here's the thing, CB is not in the Titans top 5 needs.  How does he not have a defensive line position on there at all??

Anyway, he did a one round mock and has the Titans taking Early Doucet:

Considering the Pacman Jones fallout, it wouldn't be surprising to see Tennessee pass on the more naturally gifted James Hardy, who has off-field baggage. The Titans need to draft a legitimate weapon for QB Vince Young to target in the passing game, and although Doucet battled injury during his senior season, has the quickness and playmaking ability to help Young.

I am not sure how I feel about Ducet.  He is listed at 6'0, 210 and has good speed, but he was hurt for a lot of his college career, especially in 2007.  The last thing the Titans need is another injury prone wide receiver (see: Yancey Thigpen, Carl Pickens, David Givens, Brandon Jones....)  If Doucet could stay healthy, he is exactly the type of receiver the Titans need because he has the ability to stretch the field.
