The CB Dilemma

It is pretty safe to assume at this point that the Titans will be without Pacman for most, if not all, of the 2007 season.  This begs the question: Is there a suitable replacement on the roster, or do the Titans need to use an early draft pick on a CB?

To be honest, I am not sure.  Finnegan played well in the nickel last year, as well as the one game he started.  That game was against a shell-shocked Eagles team.  Is a CB combination of Finnegan and Harper good enough.

Can Reynaldo Hill make strides to become a better player?  Would starting him and Harper be good enough if he learns how to find the football?

What do you think?  Do the Titans need to get a CB in the 1st or 2nd round, or can Finnegan/Hill step up and fill the void?
