Bruce Matthews was elected today to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This year was the first year Matthews was eligible.
No one is more deserving of this honor than Matthews. He was elected to 14 Pro Bowls and played in an NFL record for non-kickers 296 games over 19 seasons in the NFL. He also started at every position on the offensive line in his career. He becomes the first player who played for the Titans to go into the Hall of Fame.
